@Sophie Dolezel Yes, it is online. You can find it by searching for Gig Harbor on the BP events tab/website.

I tried to post a link in this thread but bigger pockets took it down and said we can only post links through their events page. You can just search for Gig harbor on that BP Events tab/page or go to the Meetup app and search for it there. I think you’ll find it either way. A couple of days after posting we have enough to get started. I have set up a Gig Harbor Meetup group for us so please go to Meetup and join at https://www.meetup.com/gig-har...  I set up an event for May 18th as I may be out of town a bit during the next couple of weeks. Hoping to make it a monthly (or even bi-weekly ) event. Looking forward to it! 

Hi BP friends, 

I am a little new to the area and am considering starting a RE investing meetup group that focuses on the peninsula area in Gig Harbor, Key Peninsula, ( Pierce County & Kitsap County ) in Washington State (Seattle Metro area in WA). I haven't seen much meetup types of activity so I'd like to gauge the level of interest so LMK if you are! : ) 

@Zeke Liston I actually just got my report from the home inspector so am going to go through with at least a counter offer on the issues. Trying to be open minded. It is good to know that so many other investors have found these types of properties to be just fine. Thanks for your input!
