@Sailin Li I am in the Gig Harbor, WA area and the city council has passed a temporary ban (trying to make it permanent) against STR. Might not be the best place to invest for that, but if you do want to pursue LTRs, land, etc. in the South Sound/peninsula area, I'd be glad to help. - Char

I have been able to acquire a few properties to start my real estate investing business and currently have two of them that are rented and in an LLC. We have been following the operating agreement regarding financials, bank accounts, reporting, etc., but the subject of "business insurance" has not come up. Is this something we should get for the LLC?

Hello! This group is all about having fun while investing in real estate in the Gig Harbor and South & West Sound areas of Seattle, WA!

Our goals for each Meetup is to start investing! Some ways we will do that are: 1) Networking - meet old and new friends and partners, 2) Discuss and keep up on our crazy market (sometimes with guest speakers), and; 3) Share thoughts, investment opportunities, needs and contacts with new and experienced investors in our ever changing market. Join us as we strive to help each other achieve the goals that may not have been possible before the GHREI group!
