Starting a Gig Harbor, WA RE Investing Meetup - Interest?

Hi BP friends, 

I am a little new to the area and am considering starting a RE investing meetup group that focuses on the peninsula area in Gig Harbor, Key Peninsula, ( Pierce County & Kitsap County ) in Washington State (Seattle Metro area in WA). I haven't seen much meetup types of activity so I'd like to gauge the level of interest so LMK if you are! : )

I would also be interested as well. I run my group in the Thurston, Lewis, Cowlitz county areas via Zoom for now. We plan to go face to face soon. I also specialize in working with real estate investors.
