I'm finishing up my rehab and am running over budget on a few things. I don't want to break the bank but I really need that modern look. Does anyone know of at least moderate prices for granite in the Southern Maryland region?

That is way too nice to rent. You rehabbed this as a flip.

Most renters will not keep that nice.

Maybe I'm looking at this wrong, but splitting that 3 ways leaves 30k each. If you were the contractor, wouldn't you say that you've put in more than 30k's worth of labor? There are people that do nothing and make 30k within one month.

That's the only way to look at it. You won on this. Many newbies would have acquired it and experienced a total loss of their money and property. The goal of this business is to weed out multiple properties that wont work. You weeded out your first.  Congratz.
