Just curious how many of you would consider real estate investing your primary source of income. My wife and I hope to do this full time some day, just curious how realistic we are being. Our first goal is to master wholesaling as well as purchase a rental property. Hoping your replies will motivate us but we need hard core honesty as well!

We live in the middle of no where. Just curious if we should look for deals in rural areas or if we're better off looking near or around a larger city. We are looking into purchasing a multifamily property to hold and earn passive income as well as doing some wholesale deals. Anybody from New England?

Is it really that simple? What are the pros and cons for the buyer and the seller?

That's probably exactly what we needed to hear. We had every intention of starting small then growing but this just happened to fall into our lap. We couldn't help but consider it. Thanks for being upfront, that's always the best approach!
