New Member from The Greater St. Louis Area!

Hello everyone, My name is Patrick Yungck and I am from the St. Louis Area. I have grown up in the entrepreneurial and real estate world my entire life and have been lucky enough to have had some great mentors thus far. I currently am Partner in Yungck Properties LLC, we currently hold only commercial investments at this time, but held many condos and apartments in Fort Collins, Colorado and sold luckily before the economic downtown in 06'. Commercial Real Estate is our specialty, but also developing and we currently are looking to enter into larger multi-family properties at a bare minimum of 10 units and above not only in the St. Louis area, but nationwide. It is great to see so many passionate investors on this site and I will forever be a student to this game!
