    I love this zip code, I invest in this zip code, I know a ton of investors that invest in this zip code, I know several TKP investing and selling in this zip code, I grew up in this zip code.... Definitely not the best zip code in Memphis TN but it is by far the most profitable zip code for me and my investors!! This is just MY personal opinion....

    Here is the scope of work on this property

    We installed new hard wood laminate floors in the living room and hall ways, we installed new ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, we repainted the entire inside and outside of the home along with doing a ton of siding wood work on outside replacing rotted wood, we installed new condenser unit outside, also installed new hot water tank, we replaced cabinets in both bathrooms with new ones and also new toilets , new light fixtures new ceiling fans, refinished kitchen and made brand new, new plumbing where as needed and new plumbing faucet and bathroom fixtures to match throughout home, new security door in front and back of home, removed very very large tree that was in the back yard of the home, and new carpet in the 3 bedrooms.
