anyone know of a good closing attorney in the Chicagoland area that familiar with assigning contract and double closing .

thanks guys i have a google voice account , I came up with a business name as well i decided that I'm going to do a postcard campaign targeting sfh/muti for buy and hold  . the one thing that scare me at the moment is i don't have a buyers list. my ultimate goal is to became a buy and hold investor so i will try to do more wholesale deals to learn the system and what to look for.@Pratik P.@Justin Howe @Scotty Hamill@Jerry Tuzil
