final exam coming up a little bit nerves but I'm ready . My question is what real estate company should I join ,what kind of question should I be asking them before I decide what's best for me . I basically want to join a company that's is willing to teach me a lot about the business because my ultimate goal is to become a investor(which I hope to be buying my 1st property this year ) .

Hey Bp is Chicago Illinois a good place for the buy and hold strategy (Multi family units )do too the high  property taxes .
