@Ethan castleberry I'm in Livingston.  if you setup a meeting I would be interested in attending. We have 4 units now. Starting with a duplex that I inherited.  we sat on it and 1 rent house for about 6 years. this year we have decided to ramp up the business. we added a unit this year, and we're working on financing for 2 houses to be moved to our property be 4 end of year.

My name is Corey Grant. I'm a network engineer by day at a small community bank in Polk County and a land lord by night. My wife and i have 6 kids and we are managing 4 units. Currently, we are working to have 2 more units onine before the end of the year! These 2 are "house for sale to be moved" and we will have them moved to our property to connect to existing utilities, rehabbed, and rented as 1 bedroom efficiencies.

It is my desire to switch to real estate full time.
