Hello!

I live in Washington state and want to invest in real estate but the markets are jus to expensive for me I have $25k to put down and another $25k to fix up a property. I used to live in Arizona and have an idea of the markets but is it going to be enough on a long distance deal?

Thanks!

Hello!

I have been wanting too invest in real-estate for a while now, I live in Washington and its to expensive for me to invest here yet. I used to live in Arizona so I know some of the area. I have $25,000 to put down and another $25,000 for repairs. I would fly down to do most of the repairs myself. Do you think it is a good idea to invest long distance as my first deal?

Thanks!

Hey everyone!

I am starting to put my foot in the door in real estate investing and I'm not sure if I should invest in getting my license I do have a 9-5 and still trying to find the extra money for down payment, closing cost, etc. So I was thinking maybe getting a license and working on weekends would help find other investors as well as build up a savings for a property.

I really want to buy at least a duplex in February I only make 45,000 a year and will only be able to save 15,000 by then so I’m trying to decide if seller financing or bringing on a partner(and where to find one) so I can meet my goal
