I want to flip a house in Tacoma Washington as a stepping stone to buying a rental property in Arizona but I only have 10,000 for a property and need more cash does anyone have any ideas on how to find partners??

I’m thinking about buying a 6 bed house and renting by room in Maricopa county AZ does anyone have any tips and can point in the right direction for the legal bits and pieces I have been analyzing properties every day and plan on buying next August

I was looking at multi family but the numbers didn’t make much sense because there’s not much for my price range in Phoenix (at least on realtor.com and Zillow) I’m not sure where to look besides those two places

Hello! I just turned 20 and I’m working 7 days a week 10-15 hours a day to save for a 6 bedroom single family home in Phoenix between 270,000-425,000 and rent by room, any tips to get started with little to no money like around 15-30,000?
