https://www.countyhealthrankin...

Not too sure on neighborhood scout IDK if the statistics are up to date? They also charge a hefty fee for membership.

You can get a general sense if you visit the property even if out of state purchasing request your realtor to do so for you?

Or just ask your realtor he won't be able to disclose that due to steering. But he could recommend you to a resourceful website.

Joel Rosa, your best bet are hard money loans, bridge loans private money lenders. Whichever the correct term is they're willing to loan based on certain circumstances otherwise DSCR is business terminology?? Curious to know why you're looking for loans that aren't basing off credit or income? If you don't have established credit it will be more difficult to find a lender, but they're out there. Just a matter of talking to local investors.

partnerships are great, but again this means business loan. 20% down unless if it were for a 4+ unit building i wouldn't even consider doing a partnership unless you have the cash or means to close on a property, then more power to you!

Id start off with talking to lenders if you can get a loan with very little credit history. GL

Hey Bigger pockets!

Are there lenders out there that will refinance for investors even if they don't have perfect credit? 580> I'm looking into refinancing loans of mine.

I am specifically looking at reusing my primary and secondary loan so I can reinvest.

Hey Biggerpockets community!

Is it possible to retrieve a physical recording of your phone call conversations with your mortgage company?

.. I unfortunately do not have the saved confirmation codes they give you when you go to make a mortgage payment. Enough said.. yes you can assume the worse has happened.

Would a credit specialist be a good reference for a situation like this?

Thank you everyone,

Conan

HEL Home equity Loan - Higher interest

More likely to close - if factors are met

HELOC - credit card x10

fluctuating interest? can pay both interest and principal or stricitly interest

Not a professional but spoke with few lenders and this is what Ive gathered from them.
