Hey Biggerpockets! 

I recently purchased a property that is a side-by-side duplex. Now one of the sides has an Air Conditioning unit installed, and the other side doesn't. There are two HVAC units for both sides of the property, and I'm curious to know if I can essentially connect that one A/C unit two both sides of the property???? 

depends on your local providers/carriers in your area but the more expensive the better imo. 

AC UNIT DIED... LOL. You can usually tell by checking your bill. It never turns off and runs on its own schedule lololol.

What a lot of investors don't realize is that connection is key, and networking is key. Build your team of influencers and that goes from contractors to investors that may have done these special financing deals. Start off by meeting the seller first off. Understand why they're selling it and then you can negotiate the deal. 

I found this website https://www.houzeo.com/homes-f... after reading this article about how to hire a realtor??? It completely eliminates a realtors role from both the selling and buying side. It arises a lot of red flags that could go wrong when buying real estate abroad I feel like! Thoughts?
