Do you people actually pay for the tenant screening services that some sites have to offer? My county has a website that offers these paid for everyone, but I know others that do this for free. Which is the better option?

I often came across on podcasts that you should have your own investment strategy written out when it comes lender acquisitions. I could really use some help getting together a plan!

Where should i begin looking?

@Cameron Tope

Are lenders more strict on the requirements for the credit scores? I read up somewhere that balance sheet mortgages are somewhat on the lesser side of restrictions.

Are you able to still pull equity out of a home even though you already have?

How do lenders structure a refinance for a portfolio of loans? I understand that there are ways to either bundle it all into one loan? But you could also refinance it loan to house for each single property. Would you be able to do different loan terms when doing so?

Would the closing costs stay separate for each property?

How would a equity line of credit or loan work under this kind of deal?

A ton of questions, but still new and figuring my strategy for my real estate investing. Thank you in for advance for any and all of the help and tips,

My family and I are investing into a home for my parents. What are our options as far as multiple buyers on a real estate deal are?

Could we do a portfolio loan where we all pool in equal shares of the required down payment?
