Amy Bonis Mortgage team are always great! I purchased my house through them and plan to purchase my investment properties through them in the future.

@Jonathan Rodriguez I appreciate your comment. I was not looking for an S Corp, just the C Corp. But that's what I was looking for, where to find the guidance around North Carolina, specifically Raleigh. (:

@Robert Leach I was looking at those online sites. Unfortunately the more known ones like LegalZoom.com and Nolo.com don't support C Corp, just S Corp.

Should I trust the Incorperate.com site to set it up? I know I can certianlly fill in all the blanks,  but my concern is will it hold up in court as well as a professionally prepared document would.

Hey guys,

I was wondering if there is any referrals for lawyers out there that can assist in helping me set up a C Corp in North Carolina. Let me know!

Try to stand out a little more. I personally haven't used this website but have heard good things. Freelancers will draft designs and you pay for the one you like or your money back.

Check out my profile

I'm actually in the process of using 99designs myself to create my logo.. For the $299.00 price, they promise 35 logos, but if you manage it properly you'll get more. I ended up receiving 225 logos for that price, you just have to make sure to comment and give feedback quickly. Great value for the money though!

My experience comes from making logos for a short period of time and a little graphic design.

It's a good concept, but it does not stand out among the crowd. Everyone has a house when they have a logo with a home.

The gradients won't work everywhere either, they're great on a computer screen, but printed out, or taken to a smaller size they start to loose the overall appeal and look of it.

he colors look good, but as a previous commented said, this logo would look better to remove the background and remove the underline to allow the letters to float in the space.

If it's possible, i would add a bit more design to this logo, incorporate some of the aspects of a house if possible, like a door or windows where a letter is, or where the stars are. Make it stand out among the competition.

Lastly, i don't know if you have a better vector image or not, but looking at the lettering here, it will not scale up to signs very easily or clean. So keep that in mind.

Good start to your design though! At least you have an image to go with for now and can make improvements too!
