Hi! We are considering investing the Pocono area and turning into an Airbnb rental. Does anyone have some experience to share in this area, as well as anyone with experience using Evolve for property management?

We are hoping to close our first deal this week! That being said, we want to fix and flip and are hoping to get some advice on where to buy building materials. Obviously we have access to Home Depot and Lowe’s, but just curious if there are any secrets to finding things more wholesale. Specifically in the Chester County, Philadelphia Area. Hi everyone! We are in the process of finding our first fix and flip in the Chester County, Pa area. We’ve gotten preapprovals from the bank, but are also considering using a hard money loan. I was hoping for some advice in that area, whether or not it’s a good idea and if anyone had a referral for our area. Thanks!
