Tips for finding well priced building materials during a flip

We are hoping to close our first deal this week! That being said, we want to fix and flip and are hoping to get some advice on where to buy building materials. Obviously we have access to Home Depot and Lowe’s, but just curious if there are any secrets to finding things more wholesale. Specifically in the Chester County, Philadelphia Area. Thanks in advance!

There are wholesale companies out there especially for cabinets and countertops, some contractors will work with these companies so sometimes it is best to ask a contractor you plan on using where they get their materials.
