I’ve heard of giving welcome gift baskets with things like light bulbs, pot holders, etc.

Deciding on a strategy that meets my short and long term goals. I have cash to invest and a SFH owned free and clear.

Hi there, congrats!! I know I’m late to this post, I just listened to the show with Jim Ingersoll about BRRRR and thought I’d look you up on BP! I’m at the beginning of my REI journey with 1 buy and hold and 1 flip. I’d love to get your insights on strategy for building my portfolio. I have short and long term goals and I want to make sure each step will position me for the next. Let me know if you might have time to chat. Many thanks!

Price Hill investors, how’s it going? I’m starting to look into small multi families on the west side and I’d love to hear how it’s been going. Thx!

Hello west side investors, I’d love to hear how things have been going for you. I’m currently invested on the east side but looking to the west side for better returns. Small multi families especially. Thanks!

Let me know how your projects go. My husband and I live in Santa Clarita, CA and are planning to buy a SFH in Cincinnati this spring. We fly out in 2 weeks to better learn the city. We are interested in doing more rehab in the future, however for our first property we don't want to tackle more than we can handle. Very curious to how your rehabs go!

Good idea. :) I had a team in place to rehab both homes and it didn't work out. Now I'm starting over and it's very difficult. I have a tight timeline to get these done, otherwise I would have done 1 at a time too. All the best!

Hi fellow Cincinnati fellow investors, I'm in need of good quality and reasonably priced contractors to help with rehab projects at two SFH's in the Cincinnati area. Any trustworthy recommendations?

Bathroom, kitchen, paint plus various smaller jobs.

Thanks in advance!

Hey all, I’m getting ready to rehab two SFH’s as buy and hold rentals in the Cincinnati area. One in Pleasant Ridge and the other in Madisonville. I live out of state, so it has definitely been a challenge to orchestrate. I’m doing all I can remotely and I’m heading back out in a few weeks. It would be great to connect with a few other investors in the Cincy area either on BiggerPockets or even in person for coffee. If anyone has any recommendations for project managers that could help I would really appreciate it!! Thanks so much!

Andy Bahr Hi there, I’ve been looking at Home Invest as well. Did you end up moving forward with them? Thx!
