Just retired after 15 Years of Buy and Hold in Fresno

Hello BP Community,

Well it finally happened after 15 years of one deal at a time I finally did it.  I left my full time job and now can focus on real estate full time.

Buy and Hold is not as sexy as flipping or produce fast chunk money like assigning contracts but it can be a great way for a full time employee to invest little chunks of time for 15 years and retire.

Given I live my life by goals I have setup the following for the rest of 2018.

First I want to give back to the real estate community and have set a goal of helping 1000 people.

Second I am going to get my real estate sales persons license as the first step to opening a brokerage. 

I will look to secure 10 flips (3 in contract already)

Note for you old timers out their you might recognize me a legacy BP Blogger as I was active during the crash 2009-2011 I believe on this site.

@Michael Zuber CONGRATULATIONS!!!  What a great job with the goals.  Sexy or not, buy and hold got your goals met!  I'm rehabbing a house for VRBO and its anything but sexy!
