Home Invest: Yes or No?

I just learned about Home Invest. Does anyone have any experience and feedback regarding them? I guess they find the properties for you, help finding contractors for renovations if necessary, and so on? I have not met with them yet but I wanted to see what the BP world thought of them. It almost seems like you either search Realtor.com and do the BP analysis worksheet and find a deal that way, or pay a fee and Home Invest finds it for you? I'm a mortgage banker here in Chicago, and am interested in starting in real estate investing. Thank you in advance for your replies.
