@Harinath Pottam your paving new territory with that price point and idea. It's feasible for you to use an existing platform, most likely ethereum, and build your own variant of coin with specific conditions for smart contracts. The catch is that you will need to find investors who are willing to fund your coin. You will then need to ensure you can program ,manage, secure and distribute the conditions of the contracts and the reimbursement of the coin. I would also be aware of any state laws related to cryptocurrency that might be active in your market.

It sounds like @Amy Wan can reference the crowd funding options but explain the limitations on cost and scalability. Amy, can you flush out your comments in more detail as I think it will be a good reference for others with the same idea as Harinath.

Hi All,

A family friend is considering their first rental, which is exciting! They sent me the property information and I ran it through my proforma. I was curious what other people think of the numbers and the property.

Great buy! Is this a before or after photo ? Any conditions for how low the price was when compared to the comp ?

@Anthony Therrien-Bernard

@Amrinder Cheema

I will add that to list as an option.

Thanks Amrinder, I think it offers a first stepping stone.

Hi Travis,

This sounds like a great approach to adapt the property to increase cash flow. I like that you researched your options via Kijiji to get a sense of what potential was available and secured interest. I am curious if you would be open to taking a few more questions about the partnership and how scope creep has changed your project from when your first started.

Keep up the good work,

Cody

Hi All,

Does a meet-up make sense for everyone ? I realize the value of face to face networking but we likely live in separate quadrants of the city with different schedules and family obligations. Given these constraints, I am thinking that we shoot to get a brain trust of people together first and have some online dialogue rolling, so when we meet were more than a bunch of strangers in a room ha.

Let me know exactly what your after and I'll start compiling a list and open up a google doc to share. If possible, be specific on what answers or resources you need.
