HI everyone,

I have been following Bigger Pockets and listening to a lot of podcasts for a few months now and I feel it is time to take actions. So I will start first with introducing myself.

I'm still new to real estate especially in Canada. I moved from France with my wife 5 years ago.

I just sold the apartment I had in France that was rented out for a few years and I'm now looking closer at investing in rentals here in Canada.

My goals is to slowly replace some of my current monthly income with rental cash flow.
