@James C Clark Jr I wish I could remember the podcast number but they interviewed a guy who had years of experience in that area. If someone knows the BP podcast I'm referring to please leave it in the comments.

@Kevn Wolf it's great to see other young guys getting into the real estate game! I can imagine it's tough to find other 18 year olds with the same passion and goals, good luck with your journey.

@Hannah Reichert I recommend finding a different group of people to network with, you can attend local meet ups and reach out to other investors on BP. Spending the majority of your time with others who don't have the same vision as you can be very discouraging. That's why it's important to develop relationships with like minded individuals that motivate you to continue working towards your goals.

@Leah Woods it may be best to check with an attorney, it sounds like you don't own the property under the LLC which may cause problems if you start collecting rent from a personally owned asset into an LLC.

@Account Closed I definitely agree with you in the sense that working from home allows you to spend more time on productive tasks and eliminate a lot of unnecessary stress. However I don't see the real estate agent business ever going fully remote, I think there's to many people that still rely on physical interaction to develop trust. That may change in the future considering most Millennials and Gen Z prefer to use social media and text to stay in touch with one another. In order to remain top of mind you need to adapt and develop systems to effectively utilize these platforms, those that do will be rewarded in the next 10-15 years.

@Nathan Herdon BiggerPockets is a large community of real estate professionals that contribute to one another by sharing their experiences. This platform gives you the ability to learn, network and find opportunities in your local market based on your specific criteria. Start by determining what your goals are and write them down, then you'll be able to navigate BP in order to help you along your journey. A few simple things you can start with, attend a webinar, connect with other local investors, agents, contractors, etc. and setup your profile including a quality picture.
