Finding the Right GC Outside of Networking Events

Hi Everyone!

I'm looking to get some feedback on finding the "right" GC.  You know... the ever elusive qualified GC that does superb work, completes tasks on schedule and on budget, and is always reachable.  Besides local meet ups and networking events, has anyone found some other good resources to establish new relationships and meet new, qualified GCs?

Any info is much appreciated.
