Hi @Jorge Reyes, I would connect with a local agent who has a lot of sales in the county to see which areas are the correct fit for your goals.

Hi @Brendan Markle,

I am currently living in New Jersey and have one buy & hold property in Asbury Park. I am relocating to Philly in the next 2 months and I have seen your name pop up on a few forums in the area. I would love to connect at some point.

Hi @Mary B.,

I have recently started searching for rehab projects in the area and have come across quite a few contractors. Any chance you would be open to sharing the list of ones you have had issues with?

Hello BP,

I am located in central New Jersey and currently have 1 buy & hold property and am searching for my second. In the past year I have become fairly obsessed with gaining knowledge and educating myself about real estate.

My current job has a mediocre salary and I am indifferent about keeping it or not. I would love to jump fully into real estate including switching my corporate job to a full time real estate related job while still investing part time. Also I am hoping this would broaden my real estate network eventually leading me to additional deals.

Aside from the most popular being a real estate agent I was wondering what other real estate related jobs people have had success with in the past. Working at a portfolio lender or title company were some thoughts but I am open to anything and wanted to see what other options were out there.

Thanks in advance for the feedback.
