Financial Target: House hack for duplex/triplex/quads,use BRRR strategy and owner occupied one of the unit. Live free and refinance all the down payment back ,so totally live free (no downpayment and no rent payment).Cash flow positive is fine, not particular requirements.
Time period: Will stay in the unit for one year, after that will hold or resale it.
