Clinton-Sebastian did a good job of answering your question, by mentioning my Book he just finished, From Janitor to Multimillionaire which is available on Amazon in Kindle form, or from the website by the same name, in Book form. You may also learn about me through BP. I spoke at the BP Convention in Denver a couple years ago and BP has that and all the other sessions recorded and available for sale. I also have over 5000 posts of which many are threads I created.

Sebastian-Thanks for the nice compliment on my Book and see you at lunch today. I think my creativity is what has been most beneficial to me in my career nice you noticed that. I've also been very successful in finding good areas at the right time. I think I've done that again by finding The Villages, FL area. Time will tell. Thanks for coming to visit in MY part of FL. good news is he has written a book which answers your question in detail. I just finished it wednesday, and will probably continue to reference it throughout my career. A lot of info, both incredibly creative as well as traditional.
