Jay and Joel you are right! Sorry for being so vague. It's a very large project over a 1 million square ft. that is located here in Atlanta and is currently in the due diligence phase. The local municipality, population approx. 11,000, is blue collar. current market values sfh in the $100,000-200,000 range. Has great access to interstate and two major highways also on rail line. I'm currently in the market for my first primary and needless to say am interested in the influence this project will have. I know there are other factors I should be analyzing, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks Jon. I'm thinking I should find my way to few of those town meetings! Jon do you think projects like this are value stimuli, in general?

Just wanted to reach out introduce myself and give a brief background.

My name is Clinton Roland,born and raised right here in beautiful Gawwja lol but have traveled extensively during my military service. I am currently engaged and a proud new father(I love you Alem and Malachi!) I work a 9-5 in sales but am determined to instill an entrepreneurial spirit into my son so I have begun to transition into REI. My short term goal is to buy a primary (under market value)and use the 100%cash out refi that the VA loan provides to reinvest in a multifamily cash flow opportunity.

I have been on the site a couple of days now and I am very excited about all the educational,networking and growth opportunities that are available here! I would be remiss if I failed to thank Josh D. For the Awesome site and all the contributors and members for their time,efforts and knowledge You Know for Giving Back!!
