This is a small group but diverse and active. If you have an question it will be answered and discussed.

My family has a prime commercial property in New Braunfels (3hrs inland from Houston) that would be well suiting to operate and demonstrate an aquaponics farm. I have colleagues that are providing solid expertise and know-how, AND are profitably operating an aquaponics farm already.

I have a development in Texas that is targeted to have a sustainable focus. The bedrooms pay for the development. The sustainable aspects such as solar, rain water harvesting, and a micro farm are gravy. 

I also have resources and a business interest in aquaponic farms. This is a big topic in a very fragmented industry. I have some very specific thoughts. The colleagues of mine that provide the expertise on the topic are profitably operating a system similar that that of the UVI. 

I am looking for my next several deals. I am flexible and able to do JV.

I also specialize in helping with estate disposition if you have any leads in that circumstance. 

I am looking at their site too. I would like some data to evaluate them. How many members? What kind of deal flow? 

I would be happy to see them succeed if I can plug in to a network and do deals. I saw that this post is about a month old. I'd like to see more from the BP community make comments. I know we all want good forums to do deals and network. I also know that we all want a good BS filtration system. This community is good for that. 

Thanks. I love the concept for your website. I'll check it out. I would still prefer personally connecting with a handful of humans that want to deploy capital in real estate and can value my active role that will compliment their passive role. 

ARV: 200K (possibly as high as 215K, but I like to be conservative)

Purchase: 125K

Renovation: 35K

Seeking private lender to fund the acquisition and renovation of this deal. I am flexible if you prefer an equity position instead of debt. Renovation should take less than 2 months. I have budgeted 6 months for total process. 

Seeking 10% or less with no points, or minimal points.
