Wow.  Great laugh for today! Geesh.

Walking a tenant occupied property. I knocked on the door, yelled out, no one responded.  Proceeded to tour the unit.  Went around the corner, opened a bedroom door to dude passed out butt naked on the bed.  My clients and I scurried out.  Mind you, it was 3pm in the afternoon.

Some things you can never unsee.

What’s your definition of “extensive”? What’s the timeline? What’s the budget? What zip codes? 

Join one of the large brokerages that will offer you a lot of training, mentoring, networking, etc.  It's what I did when I broke into the business.  Best decision I made.

That's a pretty good rate for that type of property.

I got into RE as an agent in 2016. My “9-5” which wasn’t that (I worked in Restaurants) was awful.

When I came to a crossroads, my wife was very supportive. The first year or so was rough, but I’ve never looked back.

This past year my wife quit her job to join my team and work in RE full time with me. We’re going to sell over 100 properties this year. Best decision I ever made.
