Investor Friendly Firm to hang new license with?

Hi All,

My wife has recently received her license and is looking for investor-friendly brokerages that would be interested in partnering up.

One note: right now, she can only do part time agent/investment work.  Since this is all new territory, it would be good to know where to find a company (perhaps smaller group to absorb the mentorship experience) that is willing to train.

For reference, we are in the Metro Detroit area.

All suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks!
