Hey Jose,

Congrats on your deal, this in Arizona? I am also looking for this kind of property and prices for holding long term.

Cheers,

Claudio

Hey Deangelo,

I think the investor would like to know if the land is vacant or has some kind of improvements and fixtures integrated with or affixed to the land, including crops, buildings, machinery, wells, dams, ponds, mines, canals, and roads, among other things.

Hope this helps,

Claudio Salvatorelli

@Justin Bryant

Hey Justin,

Good luck finding construction loans. However, I would like to advise you to be careful of what the contract price is and what really can end up. Usually, contractors give you a ballpark figure but it is difficult to really know the final budget.

@Dean Smith. Your welcome, it is a good tool but you will also have to do the due diligence with other sites and make some calls to places that are currently for rent in that area. I heard about this tool because of @Brandon Turner and it's really convenient.

I am looking for a multifamily and found this one the other day looks good on the inside but the outside is a little bit worn down, the price is $699,000, what should I focus on when planning to use this for house hacking in one of the units and rent the other.

Cheers

After running the numbers it's recommendable to check rent prices in the area, and if there is enough demand for potential tenants. Rentometer.com is a good option and then the next step is to go for it.

It is better to focus on Digital payments since they are not going away anytime soon.  Let your customers pay you in Fiat currency and even some Bitcoin.
