Hey Paul,

Looks like a great deal, can I ask you where is the property located?

Good luck

Hello Lola,

In my opinion, this property is going to fly off the shelves. Probably you just need to wait until 2021, after the new economical forecast is projected and the Federal Reserve along with the congress agree on the second stimulus package and Biden gets in the white house.

@Devin Monroe I think is a great investment and a good way to start with the first Real Estate Investment, PM's are there for a reason and that's because people need them. Maybe you can shop around different Property Management companies and compare prices as well,

Good luck.

Hey Ray,

I have a very good friend that operates an Electrical Contractor company in case you need one.

Sure, the best way is sending out yellow letters and use the LAPS FUNNEL,

Good luck

If the numbers you run make sense, then it's a numbers game. I agree with some comments in here that one thing is what you see on the paper and one thing is what you actually can earn. Can you reveal the exact address or area?

Good luck

My honest recommendation, Hold that property it will provide extra cashflow while rented plus you most likely will get a lot of equity in the next 5 years or so.

Good luck,

Time will tell

Hey Travis,

All of the above answers, lol, plus print inspection of the room/ house and make them sign it. That way you can make sure that is there is any damage to the property later on you can deduct that from the deposit,

Congrats on the rental
