I have a co-hosting business for short term rentals and always looking for ways to maximize profits for homeowners and over-exceed expectations. 

Curious to learn about what you love about your co-host and what are some of the biggest challenges?

@Sean Canada The groups on Facebook have a plethora of knowledge, free content on YouTube (Airbnb Automated) is a good one and just starting to talk with other hosts. Are you looking to purchase, arbitrage or co-host? 

Congrats @Angela Besprozvanny! Some sites that have been helpful for finding cleaners are: Facebook groups (There are Airbnb specific cleaning groups, state specific groups and general Aribnb groups to post in. Also turnoverbnb and properly are great ones to use as well. Will you be self-managing or having a property manager manage the property for you? 

@Robert Murphy super insightful and helpful post about flood insurance. Really appreciate you walking through the benefits, why some people don't get flood insurance and the risks associated. 

Who have you liked working with in the Chicagoland area for handymen and HVAC services? 

Thanks @Aaron K. it is located in zone X which is at the lowest risk. 

Do you recommend getting flood insurance on a ground unit condo? It is not located in a flood zone. Thanks!
