Hi there, looking for a hard money lender in the Chicago/NE IL area.

Hi Henry, I'm one of the top agents in the area, I live 5 minutes away in Beach Park.  Waukegan is huge, over 100k people.  Being so, there are some very nice areas, as well as some C/D class neighborhoods.  Tenants can range from very good executives at Abbotts & officers at Great Lakes to some of the sketchiest tenants.  All depends on your buy box.  If you are in the area, I'd love to meet up, or I'm always available for a zoom/phone call.

I'm boots on the ground here.  The market has shifted w rents down slightly, but demand is still strong.  Better areas/better assets are still pulling strong rental rates with quick turnover time between tenants.  The C class neighborhoods are taking a bit longer but not terrible

Anyone have a great form for tenant/landlord review * signature at the final walkthrough of a tenant ending their lease?   I've seen several, just want something solid for my investor clients.
