@Alyssa Dyer no not as of yet. I’m moving next year from my area I stay in now. So I think I will wait it out.

When is a good time (how many years) to refinance on one of your properties? Also do you need to pay a down payment in that refinancing process?

Just nervous about the process. What if I’m a bad landlord. Big repair expenses, bad tenants, things like that. But I’m anxious to get started and hopefully this is the start of something great.

@Derek Hamilton I’ll see if the seller will take a little less. The seller wanted to sell it cash didn’t want to finance so I feel lucky to get it at $119.5K.
