OK so I'm moving to Florida (Tampa area) in the upcoming months and I'm looking to buy. I like some of the homes by Dr. Horton and Lennar but has anyone ever gotten a home plan off of homeplans.com or something similar built. If you did get one built how was the process, and is it way more expensive? I just don't know how I feel about having a cookie cutter type home again. I will be using my VA also
