I am thinking about adding an extra bed or two to my property but I don't have the room to add an actual bed.  I was thinking of looking at either getting a roll-away bed or an air mattress with built in pump.  I am looking for any suggestions or tips if anyone else has gone this route with their Airbnb's.

I personally use gas fire pit tables for my STR's. The main reason is that it would be too much to ask my cleaners to be sure to clean out a wood burning fire pit. Nor would I ever ask my guests to do so.

I have been looking at possibly investing in property near the Smoky Mountains.  I have noticed that there has been a slowdown in the housing market.  As an investor, would you wait to see where things go or would you still invest?

I am a first time investor and super excited to start this new journey but I am also a VERY cautious person.  Everything that I plan I always need to have a plan B, plan C, and even a plan D.

I am looking to invest in property and list them as STR's. In regards to interest rates going up, housing prices slowly going down, and tourism slowly decreasing, what are some good "Plan B" tips that you would provide for a first time investor.
