Roll-Away Bed or Air Mattress

Hello BP Family,

I am thinking about adding an extra bed or two to my property but I don't have the room to add an actual bed.  I was thinking of looking at either getting a roll-away bed or an air mattress with built in pump.  I am looking for any suggestions or tips if anyone else has gone this route with their Airbnb's.

Can you do a sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress or a Murphy bed?
