I live in St. Cloud, and Molly Maids there does an amazing job.  I couldn't speak for the other franchises in the area, however the one in Osceola County is top notch!

Tyler, I have several investors searching for apartment buildings, however before any would be willing to provide what you're looking for, they'd at least like to have a little info on the financials.  Can you provide any additional detail?

I'm a Realtor and am searching for private money lenders for a couple of clients.  Both of these would be in Central Florida/Greater Orlando.  Here are descriptions of what we're looking for currently:

- One is an investor purchasing, renovating, and selling properties.  They're looking for lenders who are interested in providing short term financing for the purchase and renovation money.

- One is an individual with great income, however with blemishes on their credit, and they are wanting to purchase land and build their primary residence.  They will be able to have their credit in line to refinance conventionally within 12 months to 24 months maximum.  They need financing to purchase the land and for the construction costs.  They would be willing to do this as a loan, or would be willing to do a lease/purchase with someone, allowing them to build, rent from the investor, then purchasing once their credit is improved in order to cash the investor out.  

What resources or who would you recommend to help with these two scenarios?

To make the most productive use of your time, find a great agent in the area who works with investors, and have them work to find the types of properties in which you're interested.  They should be able to scout out some prospective properties for you prior to your trip, so you can spend your time looking at the best prospects that fit your criteria.
A good agent is going to know the market, guide you to the best properties that meet your investment goals, and hopefully locate some off market properties for you to consider as well.  

Hi Carlos, I'm a Realtor in Orlando, however Sebring is covered by a completely different MLS than the rest of Central Florida, and we don't have access. I have a team member who lives in Sebring and she's very wary about the market there because it's so far removed, values are much lower, and the real estate market is much slower.
