Has anyone ever invested in Sebring, FL? I have an opportunity to buy a 2/2 SFH at 811 Lake Josephine Dr, Sebring, FL 33875. Asking price is $60k. Having trouble pulling comps and would also like some general info on how healthy that market is (for a possible flip or rental).

Hi Carlos, I'm a Realtor in Orlando, however Sebring is covered by a completely different MLS than the rest of Central Florida, and we don't have access. I have a team member who lives in Sebring and she's very wary about the market there because it's so far removed, values are much lower, and the real estate market is much slower. If you need a good agent there to do some research, I'd be happy to connect you with someone so that you can get the info you are looking for. Just email me.
