    Tyler, I have several investors searching for apartment buildings, however before any would be willing to provide what you're looking for, they'd at least like to have a little info on the financials.  Can you provide any additional detail?

    It is a very motivated seller. However they are not releasing any information without a LOI and POF. I can get in contact with the owner, and set up a phone call if you would like...

    LOI and/or POFs will grant you access to all financial information.
