Just to Keep you guys updated Trenton is underway for major developments over the next 20 years proposed plans back in Dec 21 2021 called Trenton 250 to redevelop the city of Trenton and to bring it back to life, I know alot of people are contemplating if they want to invest in Trenton so maybe this will help. I’m looking for some pointers for getting contracts signed and done over the phone looking to wholesale virtually more but would like a better closing rate with sellers 

I’m looking for any good marketing campaign websites besides reirail that offers similar services like RVM and inbound call management (similar with reirail) Any suggestions? 

What should a wholesaler do if the seller they are looking to go under contract with ask for a proof of funds, but you being the wholesaler does not have enough funds to show for? where should you go or what would you resort to in this situation or any tips you may have to resolve this bump in the road? 

So I was curious what should you do If you are trying to wholesale a property but the seller ask you for proof of funds, but you being the wholesaler you dont have the funds available to show for? where should I go to get one or what should I resort to with the seller? any tips on this?
