I’m currently seeking an experienced real estate mentor who would be interested in guiding me further in real estate, I’m willing to do whatever it takes to achieve success in the business and I’m very interested in personal mentorship.

Based on what I have read/heard.

You should list skill sets or traits that you possess that mentors would find useful.
Then the mentors will determine if they want to help you based on the skillsets that you have.

Right now - you are giving the mentor double-work by first trying to determine how you will help and then mentoring you.
