I'm glad people like you did not give up on our market.  There are still great opportunities here.  I believe a lot of investors are much wiser now..and that is the one good thing that came out of this debacle.

I'd like to give a big shout out to @Joel Wilmoth - he has helped me navigate my way out of the Morris Invest debacle. Thanks Joel!

Yeah - that's a good point. Why would anyone be working for them anymore? They would have to be in on the scam, wouldn't they?

Guys...the comments I've been receiving on my video are heartbreaking. Not just the $730k example, but the multiple comments of loss after loss. This truly breaks my heart because I know how long it may have taken these people to save up $50, $60, $75k, etc.

At the end of the day, we'll see what becomes of this situation. I hope and pray that these investors are somehow made whole...

yes and thank you for your U tube I see its front page google..  this is JUST FLAT INSANE what they people have done..

Its interesting to see at this point how little damage control the Morris clan is doing. Its like they are on the sinking titanic sitting in the most formal hall eating dinner, all while the lifeboats are filling up. All of the bad press, lawsuits, negative internet traffic (like here, youtube, and comments), and all they do is release is a silly "woe is me" video and statement and then go on with business as usual? That's some audacity. Normally folks like them start to disappear at this point...maybe that's in the works, but its crazy for them to continue on like none of this exists.

Right! Remember when Wendal De Guzman was outed as a fraud here on BP a couple years ago......Poof! Gone without a trace. Never to be seen or heard of again.

Are you saying Wendall De Guzman is Clayton Morris?

Finckle is Einhorn, Einhorn is Finckle, Einhorn is a man. Oh my God, Einhorn is a man!

Another important thing to note in this debacle is that Morris being not totally stupid.  realized he was in trouble selling all this D class F class and portraying it as easy rentals.. So they decided to build basic block houses or the cheapest house you can build to the UBC code.. and buy surplus lots in the Ghetto areas for 500 to 1000 each.. His thought was OK we failed at rehabbing big time lets give them a brand new house.. well concept while OK.. the houses would have cost 80 to 100k to build but again he is not too bright.. those houses would only be worth what the comps are since there has not been a new construction in the area for 50 plus years.. so day one your new 80k house is worth only what an investor will pay for cash flow and in those areas this means not 80 to 100k the houses devalue 30 to 40% the day they are rented.. So that one issue second issue was people put up 100% of the cash to build them  up front.. which simply does not happen when your building new construction you always do it in draws.. and well all they have to show for their 80k is a worthless lot that some footers got dug and some rock was delivered.. nothing else.  money stolen. only way U can look at that just flat out stolen.

Ole' boy really shoulda stayed at Fox. Gonna be a bummer when he's gotta ask folks if they want fries with that.

So, do you want to 'Dimpisize' your meal for a quarter more? It's just a quarter, and look how much more you get.

Can't wait until Jay becomes insta and youtube famous :)

BTW, the name of Morris' new vid is gold:

he's getting his investors ready to not freak out when SHTF...

Maybe he's preparing himself not to freak out when they throw his butt in prison...
