What area are you wanting to invest in? I like the suburbs of Detroit myself.

I just passed my licensing exam last weekend and I’m trying to decided on which company to work under. I’m having a hard time deciding between a larger company (Real Estate One) or a smaller company (Weichert Realty). Weichert offered the better commission and cap. The broker offered to personally train me. It’s a smaller office so I’ll work directly with him as I learn. Real Estate One is a bigger company in the Metro Detroit area so I’m thinking that they have more name recognition when it comes to securing listings and buyers. Any thoughts or opinions would be greatly appreciated? Happy New Years!

@Sarah Kenny

I’m just now getting into wholesaling myself and I’ll be looking for cash buyers. Are you wholesaling homes Sarah?

I'm jealous and need to get off the sidelines. Good job Keith keep kicking but!

A little worried about the appraisal...we shall see. When it closes I will post all the #'s.

 Just curious on how the appraisal went on the flip? The home went off the market pretty quickly.

 Give @jerrypadilla a try. I'm currently working with him now. I believe he can go as low as 30k. He is on Bigger Pockets.

House looks great. I actually walked this house. It's close to my home. Looking at what you guys have done to this really disappoints me that I haven't pulled the trigger on my first deal. I'd love to hear the numbers on the rehab cost. Keep up the good work.
