Need help: I have a property in the metro Detroit area. It’s Off Market, Single Family Home, 3bd 1bth, the roof needs to be replaced, no liens on the property/ no tax owed, 1005sqft, needs lots of repairs, my asking price 12,500, Emd, what type of cash buyer would I look for ? How do I know if someone is a serious buyer?

@Sarah Kenny IF ITS A good deal it will sell in hours. It does not seem to be a great deal hence why you cant sell it
