@Dave Passey thank you for the tips and advice. I have learned that it is better to find buyers first and then look for deals after so that you know what kind of deals to look for, do you agree?

Any particular books you recommend or sites I should go visit to learn more especially about being a communicator and negotiator. I tend to be on the introvert side but I know it will take time to learn and become comfortable talking to sellers and buyers.

Thanks again for the input!

@Debbie Liu just wanted to know if you have heard of Sean Terry's Flip2Freedom system. I bought it and so far so good. I have watched his YT videos and that's how I found out about his F2F course. Like you said, I probably could have learned for free but the way he talks and structures his course is good and easy to understand and follow.

I'm also curious as to how the 100k wholesaler has been doing for you? Have you done any deals since 2 years ago when you first bought his system? Thanks!

Hi guys, my name is Chris from Vallejo, CA. (NorCal to be specific). I am very new to this whole REI Wholesaling business so any tips or advice that would help me here in my area to get started would be greatly appreciated.

So just a little about myself, I am a veteran and have always been interested in real estate but never took action. I was one of those people who read about it and researched a bit but never really took action. I guess it's due to the overwhelming information out there. Paralysis Analysis I guess is the right word for it. There's just so much information and noise out there that it's hard to figure out how to get started and what steps I need to take first or who to even trust.

That's why I finally signed up on this website and started to look around to hopefully get me started in the right direction. I hope to connect with people not just in my area but from all over who can help because I know that most, if not all of you, started where I'm at right now.

Hope to hear back from some of you. Thanks and have a good one!
