i was looking on the clerks website and seen the recent court cases for foreclosure and was wondering what if anything i could do to get these properties or how this works? on the page it list the county vs the persons name then a list below of the owners name which i assume is who they have loans on the house with these are foreclosure-tx if that makes any difference..so my main question is there anything i can do about getting in a postion to maybe buy the house if i wanted

Im sure this topic has been gone over a million times but i just finished my classes and wasnt sure if going and becoming a real estate agent would be good or not since im mostly just wanting to get into buying and renting out although being an agent would give another source of income i didnt know how much it affects people wanting to rent from you since you are an agent
